Plastic in drinks

Extremely disappointed with the lack of care that goes into making the smoothies at Kauai Virgin Active Old Eds. While drinking my smoothie, I found a whole bunch of little plastic pieces floating around. I only realized this after swallowing a a few which is very dangerous. Photographic and video evidence is available if required.
