Piece of plastic found in wrap

Had lunch today with a friend at the Somerset West mall branch. We both had wraps and a smoothie each, a piece of plastic about 2 inch’s long was found in one of the wraps. Staff did not seem to care and did not offer a refund or new wrap. Very disappointed as I usually have no issues with Kauai and love their food. Staff really didn’t seem trained on how to handle the situation. Definitely won’t be going to the Somerset West mall branch again, which is the closest one to where I live.
