Pathetic work ethic

i went to the restaurant on my break. i stand at the till and the waiters/cashiers don't even acknowledge that i am there. so i proceed to read the menu. a white customer comes into the store and immediately gets served. i still wait for service. i take my place at the till. only to have another person get served before me. the waitress on the till directly in front of me. pulls out her cellular phone and proceeds to type away. i asked her if she is serving and she rep**** no. i do not appreciate this kind of ****** service, i am a paying customer as well. absolutely disappointing to say the least. will definitely not go back, and i will share this with all my family, friends and customers.
