Pathetic service

At 11.40 today at virgin active n1 I ordered a coffee with hot milk and a slice of toast. Eve told me we don't do toast I then sat down and waited for the coffee. At 12.20 I asked when am going to get my coffee.the staff laughed at me if I was stupid. I then sat down again, still no coffee. The the larger lady asked me if I still want coffee. I said no thanks and told them I am posting this comment.POOR SERVICE ONCE AGAIN
