Beyond Livid!

Kauai at The Marc in Sandton, thank you for all of the frustration that you have caused me. I placed an order through the Kauai App a few weeks ago for Delivery and then got a call to say that their Motorcycle was broken so they wouldn't be able to deliver. Which was fine, I just drove through to collect. I got there and waited to see if I would now be refunded for me Delivery Fee of R10 (out of principle) and they said nothing. I then had to ask and they had such an attitude about it - why should I pay you R10 if I had to come and collect? ...

Anyway ... this brings me to Monday ... I placed an order for Delivery and got a call to say that they no longer deliver to my area. But, the App still allowed me to place the order via Delivery Option? ... I then asked her how it's my problem that Kauai's App is at fault? Out of principle, I did not collect this time. I was then told that I'll get a refund ... which I have to KEEP FOLLOWING UP ON with THEM!? They said I would get my refund on Monday still ... and today is Wednesday ... they told me today that I'll only get in 7 - 14 days now ...

It's not like your menu isn't expensive or anything you know .... now I have to pay an arm and a leg for an order I didn't even get ....

PATHETIC!

Judging by all of these bad reviews I see - I think it's time someone does something hey!
