Pathetic service

I was in glen vista today. I wanted to redeem my voucher received for downloading the kuaia app. When i git to the till the lady told me they only accept virgin active vouchers and stickers. They dont have a scanner to scan the voucher code i had. I told her i would complaint because what she just told me was pathetic, she laughed and said thank you. Thank u fir what? Im actually angry. I cant believe how outdated they are. Im going to the kauia at the virgin active maponya, if the same thing happens, i will be logging yet another complaint. This is obserd.
