pathetic service

Canal walk branch, absolutely useless. I ordered my meal at 3:16 and half an hour I still had not received it. All seating customers had received their meals. After enquiring my meal was already at 3:26. When I told them its unacceptable as my meal is now cold and tasteless, they just shoved my meal into my hands. Dissappointing service!!!
