Pathetic Customer Service

I purchased a chocolate from the Kauai Hillcrest Store. The chocolate was off and was white instead of brown...that's how off it was.I emailed the customer care with the pictures of the stale product.i have never recieved a reply from them yet..not even a computer generated response.This was 10 days ago.In my opinion..they are selling products which were on shelf before lockdown and never remove the products which were stale and they selling it to customers.That's not right....what's worse is that their customer service is rather Pathetic!
