pathetic customer service

Pathetic ********* service received @ Kauai table view (virgin active) by the manager Linda and her co worker vimbye I asked them to remake me a chocolate bliss smoothie that was first made with no taste and watery. I was then told I am just to fussy

The manager Linda was shouting at me telling me I want stuff for free when I paid full price for a wrap and used a discovery reward which might I add actually comes from a service I pay for... She was insulting not only to me but to my brother as well. Saying why is it only you and your brother that complain... That she gets good complements every day. I find this behaviour unacceptable seeing that I am a paying customer there and to be shouted at like a small child infront of other customers is actually quite Despicable.

She then proceeded to say after I asked for the details of Adrian (main manager) that I don't have evidence and that I was swearing and she will use her co -worker as her witness - utter nonsense

Eventually I asked them to remake the smoothie which might I add still is watery they did so and when I walked away muttered words like "chini msunu" which I do understand very well...

I contacted Adrian. Explaining the situation to him.He said he will contact me on Monday.. I will be awaiting his outcome......

then I am utterly disgusted by this behaviour and will not be purchasing from this branch again...
