Ordered Vegetarian Wrap and Chiken Wrap was served

Yesterday I went to Somerset Mall for a Takeaway and ordered two wraps. Mentioned specifically that both the wraps should be vegetarian and requested to add some extra basil pesto. I went back home with the order only to realize that I was served Chicken wrap instead. I was shocked and felt like puking when after my first bite I noticed an unusual piece in my wrap. Because of somebody's negligence I was feeling sick the whole evening. It's bad and sad at the same time and don't really understand if it is that hard to listen carefully and cross check the same.
