Off Avo's, Burnt ****ins & Depressing service

<p>I am a regular customer at the Kauai store inside Virgin Active Cape Gate.</p> <p>For some time now the staff have been looking depressed, not very friendly and quite unwelcoming aside for a few. Almost everytime that I purchase the blueberry and cappucino ****ins, I get a product which has been burned. It's not like I get a discount, I pay full price. Today 13/01/2017 @ about 15:10 however topped it all when I excitedly bought a kids chicken and avo wrap, as it seemed like it would be great in taste, instead I got great nausia....The Avo's that were used were dark brown in colour with hard brown pieces. Thank goodness my wife opened it up, otherwise I would not have known that I ate off avo in the wrap....I have no idea how you are going to make up for this, as we enjoy Kauai's food, and these various off putting experiences has tarnished the brand and perception of food quality in my view and my family's view. Please do rectify the matter!</p>
