Observant complaint

I'm actually not giving eve a star....this is not my complaint but Its something I observed while I was at king's park virgin active while getting breakfast today 27 July 2019 around 10:20 am..

I have heard alot about the lady's at this kings park outlet about how rude and disrespectful they and their customer service is bad...I'm an African Male... and the women working there are Africans also..this is not to highlight a racial issue I'm just putting it out there.

An Indian old couple may 40s or so come in to redeem they vitality points and they gentleman asks his wife I guess what she would like to redeem the points for and she asks for apple berry... and the lady at the counter laughs and expression (weeeh) and asks others what that is while laugh... the other lady's also laugh before they answers the gentleman now he is standing there not knowing what to and after 2 minutes of laughing they than respond hayi we don't have that...the wife was already leaving and the hubby just ask again what else would u like...

The honest truth the Male shift is always the best.. they go all out whether you green or orange color or male or female they make sure...they confirm each order...

My incidents and my ladys incident:

Mine: I have 3 orders incorrect ans only realise when I reach home because I mostly buy when I'm in a rush...

My ladys: same thing and they always refuse to remake another meal or shake they tell you to pay for the second one...she actually paid for one because she was already rushing for work and was really hungry....we actually buy here when there is the male shift...or when the gentleman are at the counter...we would rather drive to another Kauai. Especially Florida and gateway alway..because we tired of this kinda service...
