Not honoring loyalty card

<p>The Kauai in Somerset mall recently switched over from the sticker loyalty card to the app.</p> <p>The cashier said that I can still use the sticker loyalty card, as I only needed two stickers for the free smoothie. </p> <p>The cashier still gave me two stickers after I ordered smoothies to fill up the card.</p> <p>When I went to the same Kauai yesterday I was told that they will not accept the full sticker loyalty card for a free smoothie, the info I was given was wrong. There was no manager at the Kauai to speak to.</p> <p>Please do not lie to customers.</p>
