NON-SERVICE DELIVERY

<p>Sent an email to Kauai advising of the waiting time 4 my meal and the fact that no one bothered to advise me that my food was lying on the counter. I then received the following email on 28 July 2017 - </p> <p>Thank you for taking the time to forward us your feedback on your experience at our KAUAI Canal walk store. We are very disappointed to hear about this experience. Our Area Manager Alfonso Nicolaai will contact you within 24hours.</p> <p> </p> <p>Our Operations team will be investigating the matter further.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you once again for the feedback. This is vital information, which will only improve our service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please feel free to contact me with any further feedback regarding your next visit to our stores.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards</p> <p> </p> <p>Guess what?? To date absolutely no Feedback!! This is a DISGRACE!!</p>
