Missing ingredients from Teriyaki Mushrooms poke bowl

Kauai Olympus Village shopping center store. I had the most unfortunate experience at the above store. I am a 1st time customer at this store. At 18:30 on 12 October 2024, I ordered a Teriyaki Mushroom Poke bowl for take away. When I arrived back home and opened to eat, I found that the steamed broccoli was missing from the dish. I specifically chose this dish because of such Ingredients and highly disappointed that the staff are not adequately trained to prepare meals. I urge everyone to look at their orders properly before taking home. This store is not concerned about customer satisfaction. And rather advise anyone interested to shop elsewhere.
