Placed an order for delivery today from Kauai, Virgin Active, N1. When i called an hour later, they said 'wifi is slow', no remedy or apology.

Called the head office and was told the manager would call me, obviously no record of the incompetence kept.

Got a call from N1, VA to say that they are sorry, my order on the way, the driver left a long time ago with my order.

Then got another call to say that driver doesn't have my order.

Money deducted, obviously, but no food. Also free smoothie and probably black tier meal expires today, so will miss out on that.

Can the Canal Walk manager not manager N1 as well?! N1 determined to set a record for most frustrating and *********** service.
