Lindiwe and staff at King Shaka International Airport are very unhelpful and discourteous!

Kauai at King Shaka International Airport staff are incredibly impolite! This morning (09/07/2018) after having fetched family on holiday from England, we paid a visit to Kauai. The staff (in particular Lindiwe) was very unhelpful and discourteous. I am a regular at the Westville Mall and Pavilion branches and enjoy anything from Kauai, but I will definitely not return to the one in KSIA. It is disappointing to know that customers, and more importantly tourists are treated in this fashion, when they are a contributing factor of support for our economy. Airports see a number of overseas customers and potential investors, the service at any international site should be of the highest quality, and this is not the case. I can only imagine from a tourists point of view, that the staffs' lack of respect paints Kauai as a whole in a bad light. I hope the staff member in question is disciplined appropriately.
