Kuai - Village Square Durbanville - Poor and Disappointing Customer Service

On Wednesday afternoon the 28th Feb-24, I visited the Kuai Village Square Durbanville to purchase three meals with my Vitality vouchers for. Upon informing the female employee at the cash point, that I would like to redeem 3 vitality vouchers i.e (smoothies plus a meal voucher). This female employee immediately informed me that Kuai are unable to redeem 3 vouchers in one purchase, however the manager standing in close proximity indicted subtly to the respective female staff that 3 vouchers can be redeemed in a single purchase. I proceeded to order the 3 smoothies, but this lady appeared agitated, and all of this while assisting me. Following my smoothie order, I proceeded to order the first meal being a chicken and cheese wrap, she immediately informed me that this is not redeemable for the vitality voucher meal. I understood this and requested her assistance to clarify if there was a similar wrap that I could obtain with the respective vitality voucher, she responded again in a condescending manner to inform me that I cannot get a chicken and cheese voucher, and whilst I tried to communicate to the female staff that I understand that I am not able the respective wrap, and if there is similar wrap, but this female staff member would not hear anything. Before I left the store, I informed this respective staff and the manager located in close proximity that they did not even bother to listen to me, and it appeared to be intentional and all of this under the watch of the white Manager. Shocking and disappointing treatment.
