KAUIAI UTTER DISAPPOINTMENT

I drove just now to Kauai to go get lunch. Now i work in Ottery and this place is in Kenilworth which is quite far to drive just for lunch. I eat Kauai everyday and when i say everyday i mean it. I try and eat healthy and i trust the ingredients Kauai uses to be just that. Today i ordered a coffee and date smoothy Large and the steak wrap they have cant remember the exact name i think Kauna wrap. Firstly they never had fresh avo which i can understand so asked for extra greens. My lettuce was slimy and withering like it was old and had maybe four pieces of steak in my wrap. The wrap cost R66 now for this amount of money i expect the wrap to be bursting and fresh. Secondly my coffee and date smoothy was just ice. i felt like i was drinking a slush puppy because i drank the liquid out all that remained was ice. A smoothy shouldnt do that. My bill was R105 in total and this is just a for work lunch. It clearly show s that the kenilworth branch is trying to cut costs by using less dairy in their shakes using old produce in the wraps and cutting portion sizes. I m very disappointed considering i buy there often.
