Kauai won't serve me

<p>Last week myself and a friend went to Kauai. Unfortunately I was denied access as I am not a Virgin Active Member. My friend, who is a member, had to go inside and purchase our food while I waited in the car. I had supported Kauai Melrose Arch quite significantly in the past, however my place of work is now in Centurion.</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted customer service and explained that the closest Kauais to my residence and place of work is located in Virgin Actives and requested that Kauai consider allowing access to non-members, just to collect their food and pay. I was treated like an absolute child by the consultant.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is so sad that Kauai is so selective with their customer base. Maybe a boycott similar to Spur's is required to make Kauai serve all individuals interested in their products?</p>
