Kauai Waterstone (Somerset West)

Kauai Waterstone in Somerset West has disappointed me this weekend with their poor service. I was rudely served by a gentleman to order an Americano and with this I asked would it be possible to make me "The Ultimate Toast" with egg whites instead of the normal scrambled eggs. He mentioned he would as the kitchen lady and she came out and rudely yelled "no". I don't think I asked for much just to take the yolk out of an egg but decided not to inconvenience her any further and left the order. Being know for as a "healthy" alternative restaurant I would imagine asking for egg whites would be the least they could do.
