Kauai Virgin Active Vanderbijlpark: bad customer service

The Kauai situated in Vanderbijlpark/Gauteng South Africa (virgin active) has some of the worst employees. They know nothing about customer service, they don't seem to want to work at all and always sighs or are busy with other things when customers engage with them. -Customers always have to greet them first even when standing right in front of them -they are always chatting amongst themselves or too busy with slips to help the customers. -they have disgusting attitudes: sighing when a customer orders something and always seem surprised that they actually have to work. This has been going on for at least a year. Retraining is a necessity at this point. They make the whole company look bad.
