Kauai Virgin active Rooihuiskraal stinks

I ordered a few times from Kauai Virgin active Rooihuiskraal without having a gym subscription. It was all good experience every time until today. I am not allowed to enter anymore, fine. I ordered food and on payment I was advice to give my card to be procced out of my sight. This is an ill practice and against advice from all banks. When I got home, I saw its not even the food that I ordered. Their site is not working so I cant even try to make contact with them.
