Kauai Virgin Active Maponya nightmare

I’m very disappointed with the service at Kauai Virgin Active Maponya Mall. They keep changing cashiers and the new lady was so rude even to my 3 year old. She threatened to hit my child for touching the sealed snacks. She could have asked me to buy them but she resorted to being irritated and could not help me with redeeming my voucher. She advised to come back tomorrow as her supervisor will be there. I do not have time for that.
