My Friend had a bad experience!

Kauai talks about care as a business but they not even close to being that. My pregnant friend ordered food from Kauai trying to stay healthy for her pregnancy, She ordered a chicken wrap from Kauai in Sandton on Uber eats yesterday 4th Nov and as she ate her chicken wrap the chicken was raw! She called them immediately after and no response from the company. You can clearly see that the chicken is RAW and is not cooked properly. How can they sell uncooked foods to customers? This isn't professional or a good image for your brand.
