Kauai Uncooked

My friend had a bad experience.

Kauai talks about care and they do not reflect that being that. My pregnant friend ordered from Kauai trying to stay healthy for her pregnancy she ordered a chicken wrap from Kauai in Sandton using Uber Eats on the 4th Nov and her chicken wrap was RAW, you could clearly see that the chicken was uncooked. She called them yesterday and they said they will get back to her and they haven't gotten back to her yet, no refund, no meal replacement. This is seriously unprofessional to serve customers uncooked foods and fail to resolve the matter.
