Kauai took my money and did not deliver the order and also refuse to pay back the money spent on the undelivered order.

I ordered food on the Kauai app on the 28th of January 2023 from the VA Faerie Glen store. The order was accepted and my credit card debited with the order total of R 601.00. When I arrived at the Virgin Active premises, the staff was outside and informed me that they had already closed. A gentleman introduced himself as the manager and took my details so that I can receive a refund for my payment. I followed up with the store a month later and was told they are still waiting for head office. I also logged a query on the Kauai web site. Until now I had not received my money back.
