Kauai sandton city mall

Kauai sandton city mall...ordered a wrap after 40 min when I got there the wrap was not ready. The 2 staff instead they were quarreling whose fault was it as if I was not there...not a word 2 me... I then decided to sit down and wait 4 them to prepare. Finally when it was now ready she called the order number and when I asked her aren't you gonna apologies or maybe compensate me with a smoothie or something..she just stared at me .my wrap was naked not even a serveat was there.

Guys let's appreciate our jobs ...especially with the rare of unemployment in South Africa.nobody is perfect atleast acknowledge ure mistake and apologies. Now me I have to waist time and pay the Uber driver 4 waiting for longer..for a princess wrap that I have paid for.
