KAUAI - Poor Service

I support them a lot and they are pretty expensive which is why I expect to receive cutlery and straws when I ask for them with my delivery orders. 90% of the time they forget to add it to the delivery. Once is understandable but forgetting almost every time is unprofessional and unacceptable, why even add the option on uber eats if they ignore it anyway?
