Kauai poor food and service

We recently went to the Kauai at the Eastgate Gym. Never again!!! We were so looking forward to a light lunch. The service was shocking, we waited nearly 45 Minutes to an hour for our food. They served our drinks first, did not take too long. Well. …the coffee was cold, we had ordered Cappuccino, assuming it would be HOT. The juice was FROZEN, literally just taken out of the deep freezer. There was no one in restaurant so we assumed quick service. We were told they have Uber orders. We eventually got the meals,…the pita was not properly toasted, no taste in the food…just shocking food to say the least. Not the fault of the staff, not properly trained, not enough staff, they have to run around delivering and making the meals. We felt very CHEATED.
