Kauai Northgate /Virgin active

Such terrible service from the manager at Kauai Northgate I placed an order Wednesday morning ....went to collect they told me they were off line due to load shedding I should come back the next day Next day I decided to call in so that they can prepare it for me before I get there the same Manager has the audacity to tell me I didn’t order from there it must be bellair branch I proceeded to call the bellair branch who checked for my order and told me the order is with Notrthgate ...I called again at Northgate Kauai the same lady was telling me she cannot help me ,as there is nothing she can do I told her to take my order number and do the same process as bellair Kauai ,she totally refused and said I should called the Regional Manager ...I asked this is all at my expense and I have paid for an order I have not received on top of that I must be calling different people and branches at my cost .She refused to take the order number eventually WhatsApp me 3 hrs later asking for the order no,I give her she says no she cannot find it ...Saturday morning she says she will call ,she doesn’t I eventually have to call her she explains a story of they don’t do wraps only Smoothies therefor she will do the smoothie but I must pick it up from her and go bellair thereafter and order a wrap there I asked so you have found the order now ? She says yes ! She called me 13:10pm Saturday telling me to come and pick up my order as they are now closing so I asked since morning you call exactly the time you close to com and pick my order so I should drop whatsoever I’m doing and come there ..she says yes because Sunday’s they closed .I told her I can’t just do that she said well, she doesn’t care and if I wish to report her I have her Regional Managers number and she hanged up

This was such a awful experience I had with Kauai Northgate ! Took 3days to check my order and eventually when they found it I was given bad service
