Kauai Meyersdal

I ordered online from the Kauai App and mistakenly selected the Meyersdal Branch instead of the New Market Branch for collection. I only realized my mistake when I got to the New Market Branch for collection. I then contacted the Meyersdal Branch to explain that my lunch hour was over and to see what my options were (I did not even request a refund as it was a mistake).

Instead they refused to come up with an alternative (perhaps a voucher to buy next time) or I could pay the delivery fee for Mr Delivery to collect. So they are basically wanting to keep my order and R73 simply because I made a mistake ?
