Kauai Menlyn Virgin Active

The Kauai in Menlyn Virgin Active is so disappointing! Firstly it looks dirty and unhygienic. Secondly the smoothies are not always worth it especially when it tastes like ice water and thirdly the staff looks like they hate their job. Kauai should either step in to help your staff and better the experience for all your customers or just step out.
