Kauai Melrose Arch is the slowest food takeaway place I've ever seen

Kauai at Melrose Arch in particular, is EXTREMELY slow when it comes to service. And to top it off, the staff have no sense of customer service; have no sense of urgency and have no sense of care towards their customers. They couldn't care less if you are in a hurry. My job needs me to be time efficient, and Kauai is right downstairs, so for the sake of saving time I go there to get a quick Power Oats or smoothie for breakfast. Every time I make an order, there's usually only 1 or 2 customers ahead of me, which means they should be able to prepare the oats in 10 minutes or less. However, instead of getting down to their work, the Kauai kitchen staff are having a fat chat and checking their nails, meanwhile I'm running late for a meeting because they take 20 minutes to bring me a stupid tiny cup of Power Oats or ONE smoothie. Really??

I totally understand if there are more than 10 customers at a time at that Kauai, then the Power Oats will probably take 20 minutes to prepare. But in my case, there are always 1 or 2 people ahead of me. If I were the manager, I would be so embarrassed to have staff like that.
