Kauai Hazeldean Is PATHETIC!!!

I have only ordered from them 3 times and all 3 times they get the order wrong! How is it possible to get the order wrong three times when I specifically repeat myself and it is correct on the slip??

Incident no 1: I order a smoothie and ask for no carrot. When I get the smoothie, there is carrot in. when I ask the staff why they didnt do what I asked, they answer with a, “ I forgot” and refuse to make a another one otherwise I have to pay again.

Incident no 2: I order three tropical wraps, when I get home not one of the wraps have pineapple in. Its a tropical so one of the main ingredients is pineapple?

Incident no 3: I order one tropical wrap and one spicy Burrito wrap. When I get home once again and open the wrap that says “Tropical” It isnt a tropical wrap. It is some wrap with tomato and Avo on where I do not eat either of those ingredients so there goes R70 down the drain!

I honestly think that this is unacceptable and poor management. Above all else, the majority of the staff that work there is rude and unwilling to sort out problems caused by themselves!

This issue needs attention immediately as it is inacceptable!
