Kauai - Hazeldean - order 10 March 2023

I placed an order on 10 March via the app that included delivery. The order was directed to Hazeldean and not Faerie Glen which is the closest to my home. After a few minutes I got an update that the order is on its way. After a few minutes Kauai Hazeldean phoned me and stated that I need to come and fetch the food because it is apparently 4km and not the 2,9km stated on the app. This means - I never got my food and the lady said my money will be paid into my account within 7 days - which is still unbelievable! To date I did not receive a WhatsApp, email or any feedback from Kauai. How sad is this experience for quite a lot of money spent. Please do not use the app - it is useless!
