Kauai hates its clients

Kauai service is absolutely appalling. They have decided to exclude all their customers that are not virgin active members or on Uber eats. You literally are told that you cannot order Kauai if not a virgin active member. This happens at Waterfall at Carlwald etc therefore this rude behavior is not isolated but company policy. Wow I’m fuming!!!!! All I wanted was a princess wrap. I’ve gone elsewhere
