Kauai - good food, bad attention to detail

I honestly love Kauai and love having a healthier take-out option but lately the Beacon Bay branch has messed up multiple orders and it's frustrating. Chicken added instead of the vegetarian option or coriander added instead of rocket or left on the meals that specific instructions asked to remove it. It's become like a lucky draw whether our orders will be correct or not.

Food is good but you have to pay attention to your customers in order to keep them.
