Kauai Forgot about my order

Ordered a tea and a sunrise wrap to sit down Waited about 20min No tea arrived

Everyone else who arrived after me got served (Including the deliveries)

Waitress comes to me to check what i ordered

I asked if they are only going to start making it now She rep**** yes. (After about 30min)

Asked to see the manager for a refund. Manager refunds me in cash

Asked for it to be refunded to credit card due to COVID and cash not being clean She says its not possible

Bad service
