Kauai Employees Violate COVID rules

I wanna complain about 2 of your workers at Cedar Square Virgin Active. The center rules clearly state that only 2 people should be in the lift yet 2 of them a make and female got on the lift and refused to step out when I pointed that the lift was already crowded since they found my husband and daughter already in the lift. The male got off but the female remained forcing us to push our trolly out the lift and let her have it. This is a poor reflection on your brand for your staff to blatantly violate COVID rules when we are still in a pandemic.
