Kauai does not care about their customers

I have sent two e-mails to the customer care department at the Kauai Head Office - one by ordinary e-mail and the other by means of the contact form on their website. <br> <br> I requested them to provide nutritional information on their take-away items because I am on a strict eating plan. <br> <br> I have been completely ignored - no response and not even a simple acknowledgement. <br> <br> I will not be buying from Kauai again. And the same goes for 5 other people who order lunch with me every day at our company. <br> <br> Their customer service sucks.
