Kauai delete your useless app

This company has an app that does not work. I order on it and state that I will pick up the order now, but every time I get to the shop, they are not aware of the order and I must show them that I ordered online. I have complained twice previously and now today I ordered and paid online but when I go to the store they tell me that there is no order even though I have a proof of payment. I leave my office during working hours to pick up this order only to be turned back. So I wasted 15minutes for nothing, time lost never regained. So they wasted my time and took my money for nothing, I didnt get a smoothie. And I have paid.
