Kauai Customer care NON EXISTENT existent!!

I recently used the Kauai App to make a lunch Purchase. There was a glitch when making payment, the app requested I try again which I did. Payment went through the second time. I then discovered via the app that 2 transactions went off my card for the same order even though it requested a retry of payment. I have called the so called Kauai customer care number multiple times to get assistance with a reversal of the 1 purchase but no one answers it just rings continuously. I have since sent not 1 but 2 emails requesting assistance and again no 1 is coming back to me. this is disgraceful service!!!!! I want my money back
