Kauai brand promise of well-trained staff not always true!!!

Being a loyal customer of kauai wraps, I ordered one of my favourites after a good workout in the Virgin active gym where the kauai is located. My day was going good till I met with an ill mannered staff member who made my wrap with spite and wrapped around a rotten avo...oh my word I have never been put off. As soon as I got home, I immediately called the branch to register my concern and met the manager the following morning when I visited the gym for my workout. I showed her the photos of the wrap and she apologised which I thought was frank. After my request, she asked the staff member to come and apologise and she blutantly refused. Huh!!! The manager came to me and again apologised for her staff member's refusal to apologise....Huh!!!. Definitely Kauai is not keeping up with their brand promise of having well-trained staff that serve customers with a smile....maybe its time to review the promise as I am completely disgusted by your staff's stinking attitude....and a rotten avocado on top of that!!!!
