Kauai Bedfordview (Virgin Active) - payments duplicated, I'm not getting any feedback.

I bought 2 wraps, paid 170x2 (instead of R170) and I raised it that they've duplicated payment. 2 days later I'm still waiting for feedback. It's January. It's 1 thing not reversing my payment immediately, but notnacknowledging my mails makes me worry that I'll never be refunded.
