Kauai Bad Standards/Virgin Active Athlone does not care.

Hello again. This is the second time I am writing a review on the Athlone Virgin Active Kauai. After the first one I was contacted by a customer service agent or manager. I explained about the service as well as the coffee machine that was not working as well as the standard of the food.

Since then I have tried their chicken mayonnaise sandwich, which was appalling. Its been a couple of weeks since then and I decided to go for a cappuccino. Once again the machine was broken.

Nothing has been done to improve the food or the service of this Kauai. Nobody seems to care. What is Virgin Active doing about this? Once again I have to ask...is it because this is Athlone? Apparently this has been brought to the attention of Virgin Active and Kauai a few times. This is ridiculous! Can someone at these two businesses step up and do the right thing for the customers sake. We are paying for the service as well as the food and expect a decent quality at the least. I think that they think people will eventually get used to this and stop complaining. Very bad form!

Please do something constructive about this.
