Kauai at Virgin Active in Hazeldean

I normally have a nothing bad to say about Kauai Food & Juice Co. In fact we order on a regular basis food on Uber for dinner or lunch at work. However the Kauai at Virgin Active in Hazeldean has some work to do. The service by some staff is very unfriendly and lacks urgency and also they are suppose to be open at 6am in the morning. This is time I finished my workout and would appreciate a smoothie or coffee on the go. However I've now had to skip this completely because if you think ordering anything at 6 and have it in a couple of minutes you are wrong. 20-30min wait easily. If they claim to open at 6 they should be able to serve you the same. Maybe they should arrive 15 min before opening to prep their work.
