Kauai at virgin active K90: shocking customer service

Waited over half an hour for a avo on toast and coffee. when the food eventually came it was thrown on my table in a box like a takeaway after specifically saying I was eating there. didn't bring a plate or knife and fork. the toast was cold and no even toasted.

My coffee only arrived 5 mins after my food arrived

I have been to Kauai at umhlanga and Pretoria in the virgin active and they were both excellent, fast and friendly staff
