This company gave me the wrong order with my meal,

They called me to justify their mistake and when they could not they escalated this but the moment I gave them my surname, they have ignored me.

They can see that I am not white and therefore are not taking my complaint seriously. This shows me what kind of business this is and who they care about catering to

I just want my money back for the mistake that they made but no response or acknowledgement

I have been a customer for years, no more!
