Kauai app

I have been a frequent customer to Kauai for many years now. The experience I got on their app today was very unpleasant. They actually deduct funds from your account without even having the order placed. I placed the order twice and only realized the second time that they actually deduct before even placing the order with the store. Instead of cancelling the debit when they can’t reach the store, they keep quiet. I called customer care to cancel my second order and waited for my second order to come through or waited for them to call the store for my order. They instead did nothing. I spent my whole lunch waiting for an order that was not placed and had to drive back to work without having any lunch as I had no bank card on me. I would not advise anyone to order using the app as it’s an ************* system.
